On Wednesday, October 22, the RBA (Rockland Business Association) will host its annual Regional Business/Tech Expo. From booth # 606, Superior Technology Solutions will demonstrate our technology offerings and capabilities, such as custom web and mobile application development, cloud-based software solutions, and IT security. The annual event, organized by the RBA, is intended to draw together local business owners, community leaders, and members of the Rockland community.
Along with other technology companies, Superior has played an integral part of the RBA’s technology forum. In response to Governor Cuomo’s Technology Initiative, the RBA has facilitated several Technology Initiative events. Superior Technology, along with Atlantic, Tomorrow’s Office co-sponsored the first TechEXPO in the summer of 2013.
Seminars pertaining to today’s digital age will be delivered by Rockland County technology experts from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. The first session, “Identifying Secure Cloud Service Providers” will be presented by Sean O’Rourke from Syzygy 3. The second and featured keynote session, “Recent Security Breaches & How to Protect Your Identity and Business” will be presented by Andre McGregor, FBI Special Agent. Andre gave a captivating presentation at last year’s Tech Expo and was well received by a packed house of Rockland County professionals. The final seminar will be “How Secure Are Your Documents” by Patti Kanner of Atlantic, Tomorrow’s Office.
Attendees will have opportunities to win special prizes and there will be food demonstrations with delicious samples available, and a healthcare professional providing flu vaccines on-site, free of charge.
